STERION.
Two systems.
One mission.

Experimental footwear hygiene and controlled decontamination engineering. Two parallel product architectures: CORE and INSERT.

Research and prototypingNot commercially available
01 / Two development paths

CORE and INSERT

ST–CORE / CLOSED CHAMBER

STERION CORE

A closed-chamber platform designed to hold an entire shoe. Industrial design direction approved, but exact treatment geometry, interlocks and photobiological protection remain under development.

Manufacturing statusNot released
Microbial validationPending
ST–INSERT / COMPACT

STERION INSERT

Two compact inserts connected to a shared external base, with STEP/STL test geometry and an experimental mounting map.

Design revisionREV11 / P1–M0
BASE188 × 132 × 64 mm
Experimental mounting positions18 × M3
Microbial validationPending
02 / Safety and test evidence

Four functions; evidence before claims.

01 / REMOVE

Physical particle removal

Air transport and extraction testing. Surface removal is measured separately from actual filtration capture.

02 / ACTIVE

Surface treatment research

Assessment of antimicrobial processes targeting inner footwear surfaces. No demonstrated efficacy yet.

03 / VERIFY

Control, containment and testing

Interlocks, traceable measurements and independent validation before making any disinfection claim.

No sterilization, virus or fungal elimination efficacy, or safety certification has been demonstrated. UV-C for CORE requires validated containment and safety interlocks; INSERT must not emit UV-C into an open shoe.

03 / Integrated technical archive

One entry point for STERION engineering.

Master package with research reports, external studies, versioned software, experimental CAD, STEP/STL, technical analysis, and visual reference material. Both products and revision history are included.
